Headquartered in Upstate New York, and serving clients nation-wide, Community Capacity Initiative ("CCI") is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides strategic planning, grant writing, program development, and comprehensive advisory services to under-resourced nonprofits and municipalities.

To build sustainable capacity in nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and local businesses so that they deliver optimal benefit to the communities they serve.
The Process
CCI meets with and listens to all stakeholders, assesses needs, and pairs proven best practices with visionary thinking to deliver creative solutions, programs, and initiatives that tackle current and anticipated challenges. Drawing upon extensive expertise and leadership roles in the corporate, nonprofit, and public service sectors, CCI forms innovative collaborations, secures funding, and provides resources that enable communities to flourish.
